A brief background:
I am pleased to be in the Guinness Book for having the Largest Winnie the Pooh and Friends Memorabilia collection in the world since 2008.
Since then, I have held the Guinness World Record title and have shattered my own record several times. My original record was set with having collected 3,891 items and today the record has reached in excess of 27,000. Who knew there were so many items.
I very much enjoy collecting Winnie the Pooh “items”. Many Raymond individuals think of stuffed animals, figurines or books when they visualize the keepsakes. The collection, however, takes into account so much more: tea pots, rings, socks, bathroom items, holiday décor, toys, music – the list goes on and on …
The part of the presentation that I believe interests invitees most is the fact at my husband, Gary, and I have had so many great “experiences” while collecting that has taken us across the US and across the globe.
In my book, How It All Began, I give readers an opportunity to discover how collecting items has become collecting experiences while meeting amazing people. I would appreciate meeting your amazing guests in Raymond.
