These days it is challenging to get away from celebrities, sports persons or just the average Joe talking about politics or religion.  Social media such as Youtube has really put a cramp on “just having fun” dialogue.

Finding anything to talk about that is not contentious is not easy.

Well, if you are looking for a presenter in Big Bend who is not a stars, sports persons, politician and who is above average in fun you have come to the right place.

I would appreciate sharing my collecting experience with the people at your next Big Bend breakfast or get-together.

I am delighted to bring a entertaining and engaging Winnie the Pooh slideshow presentation.  During arrival mingle time I can also share entertaining Winnie the Pooh Quiz Questions and Winnie-the-Pooh quotes with a musical background.

There is nothing I relish doing more than share stories of my collecting escapades so if you need 45 minutes or four hours filled – I am kinda like a gas and can fill any time frame you need.

A brief background:

I am pleased to be in the Guinness Book for having the Largest Winnie the Pooh and Friends Memorabilia collection in the world since 2008.

Since then, I have held the Guinness World Record title and have smashed my own record several times.  My original record was set with having collected 3,891 items and today the record has reached in excess of 27,000.  Who knew there were so many items.

I very much enjoy collecting Winnie the Pooh “items”.   Many Big Bend individuals think of plush, figurines or books when they envision the memorabilia.  The collection, however, is comprised of so much more: cake plates, necklaces, sweaters, bathroom items, holiday décor, toys, music – the list goes on and on …

The part of the presentation that I believe interests people most is the fact at my husband, Gary, and I have had so many amazing “experiences” while collecting that has taken us across the US and across the world.

In my book, How It All Began, I give readers an opportunity to discover how collecting items has become collecting experiences while meeting amazing people.  I would love meeting your amazing people in Big Bend.
